These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of trycallcitadel.com (the "Site"), operated by Call Citadel LLC ("Call Citadel", "we", "us", "our"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms.

The Site

The Site presents information about Call Citadel and provides a contact form through which you may request information or a demo. The Site is offered for informational purposes.

Acceptable use

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:

submit phone numbers or contact details that you are not authorized to use
attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Site or its underlying systems
use the Site to harass, abuse, or harm another person

If you voluntarily opt in to SMS communications by checking the unchecked, optional SMS consent box on the contact form, you agree to receive SMS text messages from Call Citadel LLC regarding your inquiry, requested information, demo scheduling, and follow-up communication. Message frequency varies, up to 4 messages per month. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Call Citadel LLC makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Site, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Call Citadel LLC and its officers, employees, and contractors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to the Site is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100).

Indemnification

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in California, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will publish the updated Terms on this page and update the effective date above. Continued use of the Site after a change indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.
